SHIPPING RATES
Orders within the USA and over $100 will SHIP FREE.
Orders within the USA and under $100 will be charged shipping. Shipping charges will vary depending on the weight & size of your package.
Most orders will ship out within 4-5 business days of ordering.
Some orders are subject to delay, depending on availability. If this is the case, we will reach out to you within 48 hours with a projected ship date. Please check your spam folder to make sure we can get your order out quickly.

HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received an email with tracking information, we are still processing your order.
SIGNATURE ON LARGE ORDERS
All USA orders over $300 or specific address complications will be shipped with "Signature Required" for delivery.
MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it please follow these steps:
Verify the shipping address on your order

Look for a notice of attempted delivery
Sometimes a courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery with further instructions on how to get your order.
Check the delivery location for your package

See if someone else accepted the delivery
Make sure no other individuals or neighbors have signed for your package by accident.
